We are looking for a Project Manager! (and a born sales tiger — see the vacancy above)
As a project manager within PGA, you will be the client’s point of contact from the beginning to the end of the project, from the time of assignment. You will be responsible for the development, realization and management of the project. Based on the client’s requirements, you will work on the conceptual, technical and practical implementation of the design. You are therefore well able to translate the client’s wishes into the design.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Investigating the client’s requirements;
* Researching the possibilities, taking into account applicable legislation and building regulations;
* Assessing the desired quality in design and execution, as well as providing technical support;
* Consultation and coordination with all parties involved;
* Providing solicited and unsolicited advice in all project phases, from initiation to aftercare;
* Reporting to management.
Competencies:
* Completed higher professional education (HBO) in Construction Engineering / Architecture
* At least 5 years of relevant experience with interior design, detailing at a detailed level, and creating work specifications;
* Experience with structural/building-related aspects;
* Up-to-date knowledge of trends in architecture, design, materials, office and other furniture;
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
* Strong communication skills; presentable; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; commercially minded; independent; accurate; proactive; no-nonsense mentality; eager to learn; flexible; results-driven and efficient; no 9-to-5 mentality.
