Anything else on your mind? Let us know, we would be happy to think along with you.

Do you also perform office renovations?

Yes. Sometimes an office simply needs a refresh. Other times, a complete rethink is required. In both cases, we manage the entire process, from demolition to finishing, including permits, technical installations, and lighting. We ensure a smooth transformation with minimal disruption to your daily operations.

Can you also help with ergonomics in the workplace?

Absolutely. Ergonomics is not a detail; it is a fundamental requirement for workplace happiness. We look beyond just office chairs and desks. Think of the correct working heights, sufficient variety, sit-stand solutions, and smart layouts that encourage movement.

Do you also provide custom designs?

Every space we design is tailored to the people who work there. No standard packages, but thoughtful choices that align with your way of working. From office furniture to unique accents: we make your office truly yours.

What is the process for an office design or renovation?
  • Introduction and briefing: we discuss your wishes, budget, timing, and functional needs.
  • Concept & design: we develop sketches/3D proposals.
  • Technical planning: elements such as electricity, lighting, HVAC, and acoustics are included.
  • Execution: construction, finishing, furniture assembly.
  • Delivery and aftercare: we ensure everything is completed and that you are well on your way.

Can we integrate our own style or branding into the design?

Certainly. An office should feel like an extension of your brand. That is why we ensure your identity is visible and tangible in every detail: from the use of color to material choices, and from graphic accents to the layout of the spaces.

We always start with a good conversation about who you are and how you work. Based on that, we translate your branding into an interior that aligns with your story and the experience of your team and visitors. Subtle where necessary, bold where possible.

Are your solutions sustainable?

Yes. We consider every detail, including sustainability. This means choosing circular materials, local production, and designs that last. We reuse where possible, limit waste on-site, and select suppliers who share the same values. This way, we make your workplace future-proof, without overcomplicating things.

Do I need to shut down my business activities during the work?

Not necessarily. We plan the work so that your business operations experience as little disruption as possible. This can be achieved through phased execution, evening or weekend work, or temporary relocations within your building. We think practically and work with you to find a feasible approach.

Can we stay within our budget and how is the budget monitored?

Transparency is essential to us. Before starting, we make clear agreements regarding the budget and monitor them strictly throughout the process. You will receive a clear cost estimate, which we refine step by step. We suggest alternatives that fit within your budget without compromising on appearance or quality.

Can you deliver furniture or only perform the design/renovation?

Both. We supply and install office furniture from various brands and also design custom solutions when that better meets your needs. For us, furniture is an essential part of the total approach: from concept and design to execution. We consider ergonomics, comfort, and appearance, so that every element fits the DNA of your organization.

One point of contact or many parties?

You work with one fixed point of contact. We coordinate everything, from design to delivery, and manage all parties involved. This saves you time, prevents misunderstandings, and ensures smooth, efficient execution.

Do you also have tips for office design?

Certainly. Here are three to start with:

  1. Ensure a mix of work styles: focus, collaboration, relaxation.
  2. Consider acoustics, as people often forget this.
  3. Leave room for personalization: a workplace should also feel like ‘your own’.

What is included in office design?

Office design goes beyond desks and chairs. Think of smart layouts, acoustic solutions, lighting, meeting rooms, reception areas, coffee corners, and everything that makes your workday more pleasant. Buro Project provides a total concept that is right from the reception to the final detail, with an eye for comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

How do I design my office?

Start with the people who work there. What do they need to function well? Consider ergonomics, light, peace, and space for consultation. A good layout offers both focus areas and zones for collaboration. We help you put that puzzle together smartly, tailored to your operations and culture.

What does office design cost per m2?

The cost depends on various factors: the size of the project, the type of design, the material choices, and the finish. We review everything step by step and provide a clear quote, so you know what to expect from the start.

Hoelang duurt een kantoorrenovatie?

That depends on several factors: how large is the space, what exactly needs to be done, and when can we start? On average, a full office renovation takes between 4 and 12 weeks. Sometimes it goes faster, sometimes a bit more time is needed.

In any case, we create a tight, customized plan so that the work proceeds as smoothly as possible and your team experiences minimal disruption. We consider smart phasing and possible temporary solutions to ensure the continuity of your operations.

Can I still reuse my existing furniture?

Certainly. It is often a shame to simply discard good furniture. Many pieces can be perfectly reused, sometimes with a small adjustment or refresh. Think of reupholstering, a new coating, cleaning, or combining with new elements for a fresh look.
