A workspace where nature and experience come together

For Caroz’s new headquarters in Venlo, one feeling was central: creating a work environment that brings tranquility, inspires, and connects people. Together with DesignStudio8, PGA Totaalinrichters realized an interior concept in which natural materials, warm colors, and open spaces ensure a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Caroz, specialized in logistics IT systems, consciously wanted to move away from the classic office concept. Instead of a purely functional work environment, a place was created where experience, comfort, and collaboration are just as important as efficiency and technology.

By combining warm woods, rich color tones, soft textures, and green accents, the interior feels both luxurious and accessible. The feeling of the outdoors is subtly brought inside, giving the building a calm and natural appearance.

Spaces that invite connection and collaboration

The new office was designed as an open environment where people can easily meet. The different zones flow smoothly into one another, creating a natural balance between working, consulting, and relaxing.

PGA Totaalinrichters translated that vision into a design where every piece of furniture and every space contributes to the total experience of the building. From the pantry and meeting rooms to lounge zones and informal meeting spots: every environment was given its own character without throwing the whole out of balance.

The soft materials and warm colors provide tranquility, while the open layout strengthens the sense of connection. This creates a workplace that not only looks beautiful but also feels intuitive for everyone who uses it daily.

An interior with character and natural warmth

What makes this project special is the way materials and atmosphere reinforce each other. The interior feels warm and inviting without losing its modern look. The combination of natural textures, wood accents, moss walls, and rich colors gives the building a distinct identity—a material experience that was also highlighted by DecoLegno.

Through carefully chosen furniture and custom solutions, the interior aligns perfectly with the building’s architecture. Large open spaces are softened by comfortable seating areas and warm material transitions, creating a pleasant flow throughout the building.

The result is an office environment where people feel welcome and where functionality naturally goes hand in hand with aesthetics and comfort.

A strong project driven by collaboration

The realization of the new headquarters was achieved thanks to close cooperation between Caroz and various specialized partners. Rudy Cleassens and Daniël van Bussel were intensively involved in the entire process and helped safeguard the appearance and identity of the project.

Together with DesignStudio8, Willems Bouw, Tosj, and PGA Totaalinrichters, they worked on an environment where every detail is right. By aligning architecture, interior, and furnishings from the start, a harmonious whole was created where vision and execution come together perfectly.

The end result is an inspiring workplace that strengthens Caroz’s identity while creating a pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike.
